Terms and Conditions for Classic Clean Concept

Welcome to Classic Clean Concept. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website www.classiccleanconcepts.co.uk. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered

We provide a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Domestic cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • One of cleaning
  • Special event cleaning

Detailed descriptions and any additional terms specific to each service are available on our site. Each of our services comes with a set list of tasks that will be completed. If you'd like to add any extra services, we can accommodate your request for an additional cost, and we will provide an updated quote accordingly. 

We reserve the right to modify our services and prices as needed. However, any changes will be communicated to you with at least two weeks' notice, allowing time for adjustments or to discuss alternatives.

Booking Process

  • How to Book: You can book our services through our site or by contacting our customer service team at Info@classiccleanconcepts.co.uk
  • Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed by us. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment.
  • Changes to Booking: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Cash, Direct Debit and Bank transfer.
  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in £ and are subject to change. We price each job based on the specific property and the work required, rather than charging by the hour. This approach ensures a fair and accurate estimate tailored to the unique needs of your property.

    We provide the final quote once we have had the opportunity to view the property, either in person or through photos you provide. This allows us to assess the space accurately and offer a fair, customised price based on the specific needs of your property.

  • Late Payments: Any outstanding payments after 24 Hours may incur a late fee of 30%.
  • Deposits: For deep cleans, one-off cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and spring cleans, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

    If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the total price will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur the full price. We have a two-strike cancellation policy: if a client cancels two times within a set period, their future bookings will be cancelled, and no further services will be provided. This policy helps ensure commitment and fairness to all our clients

  • Rescheduling: We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling.

Responsibilities of the Client

  • Access: You must provide our team with access to the premises on the scheduled date and time. If access cannot be granted, the service may be considered a cancellation and the total price will be charged for the service.
  • Preparation: Please ensure the areas to be cleaned are free of personal items, valuable belongings, and any obstacles that may hinder our cleaning process.
  • Communication: Inform us of any special requests, allergies, or areas of concern prior to the service. We are not responsible for any damages arising from uncommunicated concerns.

Liability and Insurance

We take pride in our work and aim for the highest standards of service. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that occur during the cleaning process unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are fully insured and maintain general liability coverage for our services. If any damage occurs, please report it within 24 hours for consideration.

Health and Safety

Our staff are trained to follow health and safety protocols. You are responsible for informing us of any potential hazards or health risks associated with your property. If our staff identifies any unsafe conditions, they may terminate the service for safety reasons.

For the safety and well-being of all our clients, we ask that you inform us if anyone in the house is unwell. Illnesses such as the flu and common colds can easily spread through airborne particles, and we want to avoid potentially carrying them to other clients. Your cooperation helps ensure a healthier environment for everyone.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

If you've agreed to let us take before and after photos of the clean for our social media and quality purposes, please rest assured that no personal items or identifying pictures will ever appear in the photos. We respect your privacy and ensure that only the relevant areas are featured.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our site. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
