A quote is required prior to scheduling for a deep house clean or a one-off cleaning service. The quote will be based on the size of the property and the depth of cleaning needed. How much will I pay?
The cost of our cleaning services varies based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning required. What are the working hours?
Our cleaning team is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. However, our office operates from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday, ensuring that you can reach us at your convenience for any inquiries or scheduling needs.
What sort of contract am I tied into?
We prefer straightforward agreements over long, complicated contracts. As long as there is a clear cancellation notice period, We believe it's fair to maintain flexibility and trust between both parties. This approach fosters a positive working relationship while ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?
No you do not need to be home when your cleaner is there, if you provide a key or access code. Many clients find it convenient to give their cleaner access to their home, allowing for greater flexibility in scheduling. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form.
Is there Cancelation frees?
No we don't charge cancelation free for our regular domestic cleans if required notice of 24 hours is given.
Do you bring your own supplies, products and equipment?
Yes we are more than happy to provide the cleaning products and equipment for an additional cost, ensuring that high-quality products are used for the job. This option is convenient for clients who may not have the necessary products on hand or prefer not to worry about it.
Clients have the option to provide their own cleaning products if they prefer specific brands or have sensitivities to certain chemicals.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We are all pet lovers at Classic Clean Concept and don’t mind if pets are at home during the cleaning, as long as they’re friendly and comfortable with the equipment we use.
